Utilizing spring weight, these mind-body workouts move students through several changing positions on the Reformer apparatus. A focus on breath-led movement provides, perhaps, the greatest benefit of all - a real mood boost!

Experience a Tower flow! With fluidity our skillful instructors link exercises designed to strengthen the core, align, and tone the entire body -- building long, lean muscle mass. A focus on breathing helps calm the central nervous system, resulting in less unwanted muscle tension. The Tower utilizes springs and bars as attachments to increase resistance, enhance overall flexibility and improve postural imbalances. You will leave each class feeling longer, leaner, and more confident!

Classical Pilates Mat Classes provide a challenging total body workout while offering the complete Pilates benefits -- namely promoting a strong, supple spine. The specific exercise sequence advances participants from foundational skills, designed to build core strength, to dynamic full body movements. A dedicated practice is sure to define lean muscle, increase flexibility, decrease chronic pain, and enhance overall well being. Breath-led movement provides meditative benefits, while small props (rings, resistance bands, free weights) add just the right amount of extra challenge!

Join a fun small group Aerial Yoga session intentionally designed to be a motivating workout experience. Aerial Yoga is an innovative program that blends elements of traditional yoga methodology with the unique conditioning of the aerial circus arts. Experience the benefits of yoga with the exhilaration of flight!
Cross training in Aerial Yoga enhances stamina, strength, agility, flexibility, and kinesthetic awareness. With exercise variations for all levels, programming is appropriate for prenatal Moms (Private lessons available.) to elite athletes seeking new injury prevention methods.

Aerial Pilates focuses on improving core strength, flexibility & endurance. The challenge of balancing Pilates skills in the hammock provides the ultimate total-body workout experience. Plus it’s so fun you forget you are working out!

We will build your skill level slowly and carefully from the ground up. Classes begin with a ten minute warm up on the floor mats and progress to standing on the mats with a grip on the fabric to improve balance.
At the beginner level students are safely guided from seated poses to standing poses in the fabric, all while being carefully spotted by one of our expert instructors. Beginner students who train ongoing with us will learn basic inversions (back bends and intro level handstands) utilizing the fabric.
